Cindy has 29 years of Federal Credit Union, and 7 years of Public Cemetery experience. She received the Public Cemetery Alliance (PCA) President's Award in 2021. She has been a presenter/speaker at PCA, California Association of Public Cemeteries (CAPC) and Golden State Risk Management Authority (GSRMA) conferences and meetings. Cindy currently serves as the Manager and Board President of PCA.

Atascadero Cemetery District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Atascadero Cemetery District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
